RNA OrbiSIMS Datasets

Cryo-OrbiSIMS peaklists for E. coli 50S precursor ribosomes.

This database contains the peak lists extracted from cryo-OrbiSIMS mass spectrum of three samples: control 50S precursor ribosomes, those reacted with Erm and SAM and those reacted with Erm and N6-mustard analog of SAM. The data was collected using the cryo-OrbiSIMS facilities at University of Nottingham and processed using the SurfaceLab7 software to extract the peak lists.

Integrating Cryo-OrbiSIMS with Computational Modelling and Metadynamics Simulations

This dataset contains the raw cryo-OrbiSIMS peak lists exported from SurfaceLab 7 for the Cas9:sg, ribosome and 7SK RNP complexes. The data is for negative polarity and has been collected in triplicates. The MATLAB codes used for analysing this data, along with gold reference is also included.
